Who processes your data

CoachMatch is operated by Mustafa Aydın. We use the following data processors:

• Supabase (EU/Frankfurt region) — database, authentication, file storage.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notification delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never store your card details ourselves.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), profile content you add (photos, bio, certificates), booking and payment records, messages between you and your coach/trainee, and location data you explicitly share for coach discovery or session venue notes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Account deletion is available directly in the app (Settings → Delete account) and permanently anonymizes your profile. Booking and payment records are retained as required for accounting purposes even after deletion.
