The service
CoachMatch is a marketplace connecting trainees with independent fitness coaches for one-on-one and group sessions. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of CoachMatch; each coach is responsible for their own tax obligations.
Bookings and cancellations
Sessions can be cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations by the trainee, and all coach-initiated cancellations, are handled per the in-app cancellation policy shown at time of booking.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service purchase without giving a reason. Because a coaching session is scheduled and performed within that window at your request, by confirming a booking you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the session has taken place.
Coach agreement
Coaches accept the platform's service agreement during onboarding, covering the commission structure, cancellation/no-show handling, and content standards for profiles and messaging.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, spam, and fraudulent activity are prohibited and may result in account suspension. Use the in-app report/block tools to flag any issue.
